Can't get a hold of anybody :( No maintenance request responses, no call backs after leaving a message, no way to talk to anyone in the office. Beyond Frustrated. The grounds are lovely and the apartment is spacious and nicely laid-out, but there has been a possum stuck in our dining room wall for three months. It's scratching, banging, crying, chewing a hole, and tearing out insulation. We've been trying to resolve the situation calmly and patiently, but management has stopped answering the phone and will not reply to emails or service requests. They obviously do not care that residents are living (and quarantining) with active vermin.
RecommendedHey marks apartments. Can we do a howl challenge to support ALL of our essential workers? A side vs B side. It would be amazing to see how our community appreciates each other!
The apartment is a little dated. The patio was never swept when we moved in. The administrative team is overly apologetic and things are very slow to get resolved. Isaiah is an awesome maintenance man, very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Management should consider installing more dog poop corals.
I have lived here a little over four months and have been very pleased. The office staff is pleasant and responsive. I’ve had a need to call on the maintenance staff a couple times, and again, they were very responsive and worked on the issue until it was resolved. Others have said it is noisy, but my building is quite quiet. Other than occasionally hearing the people above walk across the floor, I have not noticed any sounds. The location is great and I love having a wood fireplace! I would recommend it to others.
They will charge you fees for no reason and when you try to get them removed they keeping you hanging for weeks. Had to report them to BBB in order for them them fix a few they charged me 3 times for no reason. Dont move in staff is horrible, apartments aren't worth the 1600 they charge for them.
The office staff are always friendly and respectful. They answer questions timely and the maintenance staff do the same. I love the location and my neighbors are just fine!!
The nicest people work in this rental office! We loved living in our apartment before we got transferred to a different city! The amenities are fantastic and the staff is great!
