Beautiful place and friendly people. Love the moment it was so pleasant and peaceful.
The staff is wonderful. Our only issues are other tenants smoking and parking in the spots we pay for. We also wish that maintenance would get the snow removed from the walkways and driveways sooner.
Great amenities, big dog friendly, and convenient location. Maintenance and leasing staff are friendly and helpful. A great place to live!

For $1200 a month and a 950 sq feet.. and rising.. you can hear your neighbors peeing upstairs and their phone vibrating... management will NOT work with you and expect snotty messages on your voicemail... my favorite was the hidden mice traps that you can’t find until there is a stink; there is no follow up, they do not enforce the no smoking rules and there’s dog poop everywhere - they expect other tenants to rat them out. The staff here are amazing - the leasing agents are friendly, funny, and always respectful. While the property is older, there have been some nice updates and the rent is very reasonable compared to anything in Denver. Love the clubhouse and the events put on by the staff are always a highlight! I'd highly recommend living here!
After raising our rent to $6,720/mo, we moved out and now they are trying to charge us $1,600 for “broken windows/resurfacing bath tub/cleaning costs”, when we left the place in great shape. Milestone properties are thieves. They added fees to our rent every month with no explanation, and now they want more. When I had a conversation with their leasing agent (which was all recorded), their response was, you signed a lease that basically says we can do whatever we want. Absolute insanity.
