Edited in response to the managers reply: There are 2 emails that i got a response to. I have emailed the email listed below at least 3 times since the first initial reply from management and have not received a reply to the latest 3 emails i sent. Im writing this as i dread these last 5 months of living here. I read the reviews before i moved in. This complex does have some decent points. We moved in in August, our water heater has busted and flooded our whole apartment 3 times since we’ve moved here. Maintenance is great and always on it. But they only offered us a $75 inconvenience fee. So disappointed
