I am extremely frustrated with the repeated issues surrounding inspections at this apartment complex. This is now the second time I’ve rearranged my work schedule to ensure my dog wasn’t home and that maintenance could access my unit—only for them not to even attempt to enter. I’ve really enjoyed living at Alister Lake Lynn Apartments! The location is perfect — tucked right next to the beautiful Lake Lynn trail, so it’s super easy to get out for a walk, run, or just enjoy the view. The community feels peaceful and safe, but you’re still close to everything in Raleigh, which is a huge plus. The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and spacious. If you don’t mind roaches, overflowing trash, and zero upkeep, this is the place for you! I’ve lived in several apartment communities, but I’ve never experienced such a lack of care for the property or residents as at Alister Lake Lynn. Trash constantly litters the grounds and even the hallways, where it’s never cleaned up. Residents leave bins of rotting garbage outside their doors for months—sometimes over a year—without any consequences. Beautiful community and amazing staff! Even though my application wasn't approved, I can't let that stop me from giving credit where it is due! The property manager was very professional and he even suggested to me some other places that I may can look. There should definitely be more people in the world like this!
