I absolutely do NOT recommend them. During the application process, if you point out potential problems and ask for advice, they’ll tell you “it won’t be an issue” just to take your application fee. If you don’t call them every single day, you’ll never find out that your application isn’t moving forward because of additional documents they “forgot” to mention despite constantly lying that you’ll receive updates by email. Since I live out of state, I requested a virtual tour of the apartments. The virtual assistant informed me that someone from the leasing office would reach out to me "to iron out the details" prior to my tour. Unfortunately, no one contacted me—I received neither an email nor a text message. I overlooked this initial lack of communication, assuming they were either busy or understaffed, and rescheduled the tour. The community is very aesthetically pleasing. The leasing agent Ms.Alexis was so kind and helpful during the move in process. This was a great decision staying here and I definitely recommend this community if you are looking for a home.
