It had been awhile since I was there last, but still great food and service! Many of the staff have been there more than 20 years and some since the beginning (30+ years). Be sure to go upsairs in the restaurant to see the FDR Suite that was redecorated in his honor when he stayed there June 12, 1936. Next to the suite is the first "in house" elevator in Dallas.
Yes, it's been one of the finest in Dallas for 35 years. Service staff were up to the game at every step. Professional, sincere and helpful. The atmosphere is always perfect for a special evening and finishing the night into the early morn with some rowdy good times & live music in the lounge made for a great great night. Thanks all!
Arnie Rodriguez may be one of the finest people I have ever met. He was so respectful of my circumstance. I don’t drink alcohol but I enjoy non-alcoholic beer. This can make for an awkward conversation sometimes if not handled discretely by the server. Arnie knew how to make sure I was served with dignity. Evan the concierge was amazing as well. This is my 2nd visit this year. The Mansion is beautiful. The staff is unobtrusive and very professional while maintaining a friendly engagement with guests. The food is impeccable, simple and elegant. We will definitely visit again
Twenty five years after my first Mansion dining experience it is still my favorite in the Dallas area.
I love the bar, great people watching, Hunter Sullivan is a great band, the drinks are very pricey and you have to be sure to double check your receipt before paying! Every time I've gone I've had to have them correct my receipt!
What an amazing place, the room was beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful. The food was so delicious. The bar had a really good band. I will be back.
The absolute best hotel I have ever stayed at. The customer service is impeccable from the second you arrive until you leave. They all truly want you to have the best stay while there and ensure you do. I will only stay here when I'm dallas going forward.
I recently attended an event at the beautiful Rosewood Mansion. From driving into the property until my departure; my experience was exceptional. A very kind gentleman carefully parked my car and ensured I found my party easily. The staff were very professional and helpful the entire evening. The hotel itself looked beautiful and inviting. What a lovely experience. I highly recommend the Rosewood Mansion for a memorable event or stay.
