The service at the Rosewood is impeccable. Every employee is professional, friendly and accommodating. We have stayed in many 5 star resorts and the service at Rosewood Mansion topped them all! We hope to stay there again soon!

I can’t express the excessive amount of kindness I received from everyone who works here. I am completely overwhelmed and satisfied by their impeccable service. I just had the best time here. The pool was gorgeous, the grounds were pristine and well kept, the rooms where garnished with iced tea and a cute note... just so much attention to detail. AMAZED!! I want to go back...
AUH-MAZ-ING! Hands down best hotel service ever received. From Bellhop to Front Desk to Valet to Chef. Everyone was polite and professional. The Carte Blanche 9- or 10- course dinner is worth every penny. Money is not an concern. If you are here for a special occasion, just drop the $$$$ and treat yourself to an experience.
From the valets to the chef this place is amazing. Unbelievable attention to detail in everything they do. My husband brings me here for my birthday dinners and I couldn’t be happier. The tasting menu with wine flight is always a phenomenal choice. Plan to spend a few hours on dinner as the staff wines and dines you with the upmost respect and hospitality.
