The staff were so nice and helpful! We were treated like queens! Will stay there every time we can! The room was nice, beds were great, very clean! Beautiful place!

RecommendedEverything about our stay at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek was fantastic, from the delicious food to the friendly, attentive, staff. Our room was spacious, nicely appointed - and the bed was heavenly at days end. Can not say enough about the staff. I only remember names of Jose and Martin, who were a couple of the waiters who brought our meals, but the registration, valet personnel and also the driver who shuttled us to and from our various destinations were all so professional and courteous. Great music!! Over the top service!! You feel like you are a part of the New York City that once was. I walk in and everyone knows me by my name. Bar tenders to the manager. There’s a cover charge for the music. $15 at the bar and $25 at a table. Considering it’s The Carlyle the drinks are reasonable compared to some Nyc hotel bars that offer no entertainment. I haven’t even talked about the entertainment in this review. Great great great!!!

The service at the Rosewood is impeccable. Every employee is professional, friendly and accommodating. We have stayed in many 5 star resorts and the service at Rosewood Mansion topped them all! We hope to stay there again soon!
