Very professional and efficient check in. The mansion looks great , very classical , polished marble and comfy sofas . Enormous rooms and bathrooms . Great hotel

One of the most incredible places i have ever stayed in. Excellent service, beautiful rooms, and very good food.
Everything from planning our daughter's reception to the actual reception was exceptional. The wedding coordinator, valet, wait staff and all personnel were exceptional. Food was excellent!
We love the Mansion on Turtle Creek. Comfortable, lovely, well located, and wonderful restaurant. We have stayed there several times, and will go back again!
When you leave a beautiful place you carry it with you wherever you go
The atmosphere there was great. The food was alright, and the presentation was about the same. It seemed very inconsistent throughout our meal. The service there was also subpar, I am not sure if it was because we looked young they sat us by the kitchen, or if it was because they were busy. I am giving them the benfit of the doubt, but I did not appreciate it seeing how it was my wife's birthday. Amazing customer service. Staff was very attentive and made you feel like a special guest.
After speaking with Megan (the manager) about our girls turning 7 and 8, and how we love to take them for a fun overnight in Dallas, I was excited to see how The Mansions experience would be as a family of four. We were SO impressed. From the moment we pulled up, the valet workers knew our names, and said Happy birthday to our girls. They were surprised as we had not told them we were going to stay there.
