We have used the maids for years and they do a fair enough cleaning job. However, over the last few years there is a constant turnover in which team they send into your home to clean. Sometimes 3 girls, sometimes 4, but hardly ever the same ones on a regular basis, making it tougher for a thorough clean and for them to know your home and for you to know who is coming into your home. Updated review - Our first clean was great, which is why we continued service. Unfortunately, the second and third cleans were very inconsistent, with multiple items missed each time, even after leaving a detailed list. The company did offer to come back out, but I didn’t want to continue having to manage and recheck the work myself. I requested to cancel service and asked for a refund for the most recent clean due to the repeated issues. They declined the refund and eventually stopped responding altogether. The ladies did a great job cleaning my house. Nina, Katina, and Hayley were well organized and efficient. They worked steadily and as a team.

The Maids did a deep clean of my entire home which we are about to put on the market. They did a fantastic job. What they did in 3 hours would have taken me days and I would not have been able to get it as spotless as they did. It was worth every penny and the price was very reasonable considering how much they did. I was blown away. If you've had bad experiences with cleaning/maid services in the past, give The Maids a try. I'm picky and could not be more pleased. Highly recommend!
