The ladies that came to clean my home were nice enough...But the manager on the phone at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 is so condescending and robotic. She is purposefully sabotaging the betterment of this company by pretending she cannot book appointments. She also purposefully does not return phone calls.
My neighbor was asking about this place so I had to let her know, never work for them!!! Yvette will make you want to hurt her so before I ended up hurting her I quit. Plus there aren't any breaks, you can barely use the restroom which you have to use the customer restrooms, and the supplies aren't top quality. They wonder why there is a revolving door, maybe they need to look within the company & not the employees.

I ordered the spring cleaning they advertised. Four people rushed through my house leaving dirt. They didn't clean behind my faucet or wipe down the coffee maker. Every where I went there was dirt. I finally asked them to leave because they were going to clean the places I found. I was too frustrated to point out all the issues. I used to use them all the time and the crew was wonderful. They have changes hands. Mr Williams the owner did not contact me after the complaint. Won't use them again.
