I have used The Maids for over 20 years. They are dependable and bonded. Their cleaning supplies and vacuums are excellent—especially for those of us with allergies! They’re simply the best!
Poor customer service. The team was unprofessional team. Customer service resolution was unacceptable. Unsatisfied with the service I received for the price.
The Maids did an excellent, thorough cleaning job. They even vacuumed our dogs beds. I am quite pleased with their service and will use them again.
After paying $505 for what I thought was going to be a "spring cleaning" I came home to find a less than stellar job. They came back out today to "reclean" only to find the SAME areas are not cleaned, stairs not vacuumed, beds weren't made, food left on my stove and MANY other neglected areas. They will not refund but only offer re-clean which was worse than the original clean. Very sad because with a $500 price I was excited to have a clean home .... only now I am having to have someone else come clean again. 😞
The Maids give me the gift of time and a super clean home. They come to my home every other week. It takes them a couple of hours to do what takes me a weekend. I frequently deal with back pain, which makes cleaning the hardwoods a problem. We have four kids and two big dogs, so you can imagine the mess. Thanks so much to David and Kathy (the owners) for providing such a valuable service!

I love coming home on Wednesday afternoons. The team is great and always exceeds my expectations. They keep my home clean, which keeps my marriage happy.
