My fiancé and I came to Madison from Rockford for his birthday and we had an outstanding experience. Our room was upgraded for free and after we got to our room Amanda from the front desk had sent us up and bucket of local beers and a birthday card. We had breakfast at the hotel in the morning and Kevin was an excellent server. Overall awesome experience. We will be coming back!!
We have spent many Christmas Eves at this hotel and had Christmas brunch in the restaurant. A fabulous way to spend your Christmas. Great specials for Christmas and New Year with hot tub sana and pool. Lots of shopping in the area. Madison is awesome
Nice hotel. Was part of the governors club which had a very nice breakfast. Not all the staff were nice, we were ignored the afternoon we checked in when we went to the governors club for drinks.. ended up leaving after being ignored, but the bar downstairs had very nice staff along with the front desk. Will stay again. Just hoping they teach the rest of the staff not to judge a book by its cover... also our room wasn't fully clean and staff had to come back to redo the bathroom as a coffee wrapper and two good globs of cut ... read more
Overall, Enjoyed my stay past few day's I was there very kind staff was nice and very polite got to enjoy the fine dining in the area as well as excellent room service staff could have been a bit better about things but take it they were busy and had a lot of guests enjoyed seeing the Capitol during my stay and seeing a musical during me and my fiance's trip to Madison beautiful area wouldn't mind returning some time again if we have the fund's to do so :) loved the spectacular view of the room we had and all the activities ... read more
