The Madison Concourse Hotel was the destination for a professional conference that I attended. It had excellent service, great ambiance and comfortable accommodations. I would definitely refer and visit again.

More than professional at handling food allergies, they are thoughtful and kind.
Simply fabulous! From check in to departure the service was superb! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were luxurious and the bed divine. Would recommend over and over.
