Nicest hotel I have ever stayed at! Rooms are beautiful and spacious, its quiet even with all the events happening. The Bar was cozy and made good drinks, and its a good walking distance to plenty of shops! Having a valet was nice especially with the construction on the hotels parking area, and all the employees were nice and helpful. Definitely plan on coming back!

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples, stay at the Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club every February just for a little get away. We probably have been doing this for 10 years now. Great time. We definitely stay on one of the Governor's Club levels. The most recent stay we met Scott, one of the managers. Very personal and really nice. We love it there, great location and love sitting in the Governor's Club with the Capital in our view....beautiful.

The front desk staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The restaurant, Circ, makes great lunch sandwiches and burgers. The dinner buffet, for the conference, left something to be desired. First time staying there and had a wonderful experience. we had a room on 10th floor with the view of the Capital. It was awesome at all lit up at night. The room was very clean and homey. The staff was very friendly. We will be back.
