Three flats booked with London Connection. The flats, and the staff both in Utah and London, have always been excellent. When London beckons, the first place I start planning is on the London Connections web page.
Be aware, they ask you to pay for the apartment 60 days before arrival... But you not always receive what you pay for. We did everything as they asked but two weeks before our arrival they cancelled our reservation due to problems with the manager of the building. I really cannot believe they couldn't maintain the reservations made before the problem they stated started m. Just got back from a week in London, and had a fabulous stay. We did need to switch flats on the 4th day due to noisy upstairs neighbors, but Cristina was able to get us into a different flat very quickly. Service is excellent and attentive, and it was far better than staying in a hotel. Also, we enjoyed meeting Ricardo and our driver, Kosh (sp?) Thanks for a great week!
What a great flat and great experience we had AGAIN! Our Mayfair flat was just perfect for a couple, the location was ideal & it felt so comfortable. The difference between you and other rental groups is that you are not staying in a sterile, generic decorated flat, but a home with real character and style! Thank you.
