They filed for bankruptcy and took ours and a lot of people’s money. Operated in London but Utah based. We will be filing suit in the states as well, specifically in Utah. Several cases where people asked aboit Covid concerns during a time they would have had to know they were doing this, and they still assured guest.
Refund our $3300 for a London stay that has been canceled due to coronavirus restrictions and airline canceling the flight! That's called stealing!! Won't even compromise on partial refund.
their flat had peeling paint and mold in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken . What is billed a washer - dryer was not vented outside. The “dryer” did not dry. It simply added more spin time to the process. That and the elevator broke down — we were on the 5th floor. And the stairwell was dark because the lighting was not working on 2 of the 5 levels.
RecommendedWe stayed at Shelton St Covent Gardens early December 2019, the flat was located in a great part of the city and was well equipped and lovely. The beds were not comfortable and the second shower in the en-suite can’t be used really, it’s tiny. The transfer was great and Peter was a fantastic host, he gave us a run down and was there when we needed anything. I absolutely love the level of service offered by London Connection. And the quality of the flats offered. It’s great that a variety of property sizes are available I’m looking forward to our next stay.
We just returned from a visit to London; while we were there the 245 Grosvenor Street apartment was out home away from home. Perfect central location, beautiful area and apartment. We were very pleasantly surprised how everything was as expected and promised. The London Connection staff- in Utah as well as in London- were helpful, thorough and very kind. We'd definitely stay with them again. Bonus: no unexpected fees or variable charges. Pay one price and you're done!
I've been using London Connection for over 5 years, twice a year for my holidays in London and I've only had wonderful experiences - from booking, to arrival, to service - Their staff is wonderful and actually the flat I rent feels like a second home. I like that it's not an Airbnb, in that it's someone's home and they leave when you book - the one I rent is just for rentals - which I prefer as I don't enjoy living in other people's 'stuff' - anyway, my only fear is that I rave about them so much that people I know from my o... read more
