Recommended5 stars. I highly recommend London Connection. I have probably used this company 9 times, and that is a quick estimate. They are always accommodating, from the office people to the pick up and let in folks. A couple of times a problem came up with the flat I had rented in advance and they let me know in a timely manner and put me in another flat. I like having a person in the US that I can talk to and get advice on anything about London.
Ease of booking and quality of apartments
We enjoyed our stay on Pall Mall. Conveniently located in the heart of London. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The elevator was most convenient as this apartment is on the 4th floor. Our driver picked up up in Greenwich and despite us having no service he found us. The housekeeper and manager were most accommodating and very informative. We will be renting this apartment again. We’ve had the best experience anyone could ask for in booking accommodations and in the accommodations we stayed in by using London Connection starting with Shannon in the US. Her attention to detail and timely communication was flawless. And once we arrived in London both Gus and Cristina were informative, welcoming , very friendly and communicative. We stayed a week in the flat on Pall Mall St. and had a great experience. It is close to the Piccadilly Circus Tube stop so we could come and go without problems. Lots of close restaurants and even a grocery store with prices similar to U.S. (converting pounds for dollars). I left my back pack in the flat and they were kind enough to return it to me in the U.S. intact. Very honest and helpful! Highly recommended!

We have now stayed 2 different times with London Connection. Every time it is an absolutely wonderful experience that I cant highly recommend enough. They take the stress and worry out of traveling overseas. I think they're the best thing in this world when it comes to traveling to London. They have the best employees that are incredibly helpful and their flats could not be more beautiful and central to all the best sites. We love London Connection, thank you for all you do!
We just returned from a wonderful week in London. I have to say that London Connection was the best choice for us. The whole process was easy. I loved the flat and the location close to Buckingham Palace was perfect. We opted to have drivers pick us up from the airport and take us back. Both drivers were friendly and this made getting to the flat and the airport so much easier.
