We have stayed five times with London Connection and it just gets better each time! The London Connection staff is first class, from the pick up at the airport, meeting at the apartment, to the return to the airport. Everything runs very smoothly.
We recently traveled to London and used London Connection. It was a seamless trip from pick up at the airport to greeters at the flat to the staff on the ground in London as well as the team in Utah. Just waiting to get my miles accrued to book our trip for next year. These flats are owned by London Connections owners and operators. Every detail is thought out and considered in the flats, they are impeccable and the owners and staff love London. There is no better way to go.

My husband and I have stayed with London Connection five different times over about 10 years. Every flat has been interesting, well located, and loaded with fascinating objects--eighteenth-century antiques, lovely porcelain, historic legal documents, and satiric caricatures. Yet there are also modern appliances, fully furnished kitchens, and helpful staff. Our current favorite is just off Clarges Street in Mayfair. Perhaps the best bit is that the prices are in dollars and there are never surprise charges at the end!
Friends and family who have already rented several times recommended that on my next visit I rent a London Connection’s apartment. They told me that they are well located and that they have very good services. We have used London Connection for many years now and can’t praise enough the staff, drivers & most of all the various locations we have used...I’d give London Connection a 10 out of 10 for each of these categories!!
We had two fabulous stays in London flats rented through London Connection. The last one was a great flat in Mayfair near Shepherds Market. The company made staying in the flat totally painless with great instructions on appliances and with superior WiFi. Location was superb and the flat was comfortable, clean and stylish.
Excellent service from booking it with Tori & Shannon to checking in the apartment with Cristina & Gus.
