God where do I start! What a nightmare I'm embarrassed to have people come over due to the cleanliness of the place. Dog pee and poop all over the complex. Residents in the courtyards during all hours of the night. The cockroach issue is out of this world. Take a look at the Yelp page and the pictures I'm going to post.
I was shocked recently when I went to inquire about possibly living here. When I was waiting in the office for help from one of the managers, I heard her arguing with a woman who was obviously a tenant. Based on this very uncomfortable situation, I can tell that this apartment's management is not "tenant friendly." Therefore, I left immediately and will not return. Be careful, you never know who's listening to you!!!!!
Management here is terrible. They had my files all screwed up my moveout date and everything. Then five months after I moved out they send me a bill after five months? Who does that?
If I could give 0 stars I would. Who rents an apartment to someone with signed paperwork and when the tenant calls about the keys to move in they tell you "oh sorry we will don't have that apartment available we forgot to notify you" oh and we don't have another apartment for that price, we will send you a refund in the mail" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not ok !
