I've just moved in recently. Everyone seems very friendly so far and they're on top of things. Very responsive to questions and issues.
I moved into the lofts two weeks ago, and it's been a great experience so far! The office staff went above and beyond for me. The managers, Angie and Wayne, and Bethany were so kind and really went the extra mile to get me into a home! Maintence requests are handled within 24hrs, and the staff are friendly and professional. The only issue I've had so far is validating guest parking, which is an handled on the retail/merchant side, not the community itself. Really disappointed in this place. Poor quality remodel and an unprofessional management.
The biggest issue with this place is their management and staff. Their business ethics and integrity are an embarrassment to the community.
