RecommendedLofts at west 7th is a very well located apartment community. Well suited for young families and bachelors . Has all the basic amenities. Good number of restaurants and bars just below the resident levels. Also with montgomery plaza just around the block makes it a very ideal location to live. You could even ditch your vehicle and go green :P by taking to foot or cycling around .

Enjoyed 2 great years here post-grad. Great to be able to walk to all the bars. � Staff very friendly and helpful + maintenance quick to make any fixes. Moving on, but will always be happy to recommend these apartments.
If you are in college, and want to get drunk every night. It’s great. If you have a job, not so much. The noise level is unlivable Thursday through Sunday. Also all of our clothes keep getting covered in mold, and we were told it is our fault for taking showers that are too long and hot. Maintenace was piss poor. Took over 2 months to fix the kitchen sink. No one cleans up after their dog. Garage always smells of piss and beer from the weekend. Just don’t do it! If you enjoy west 7th... Uber there and live somewhere quite.
