I lived at 8921 Halfmoon Ct, Apt 105, in The Lofts at Strickland Grove since August 2023, and overall, the apartment itself was clean, updated, and comfortable. The location was convenient. The management team specifically Kimberlee and Britni were courteous and responsive anytime I reached out. They were professional in their communication and tried to address concerns as best they could within their authority. We have lived at the lofts on Strickland Glenn for two years now. I’ve never felt like a place has truly been my home, and been safe. I’m so thankful for the property management, leasing and maintenance. Without Britni and Kim there to handle our move in and re-signing our lease, we would have NEVER moved here or decided to stay! Franks been so detailed in taking care of any issue that arises, like when my garbage disposal broke and got all over my kitchen floor, he helped me clean and he fixed it better then before.
