I recently relocated from Florida to Raleigh after accepting a medical research position at Duke University. I chose Camellia Apartments because of its location and reputation, expecting a high-quality community. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The biggest issue has been the extremely loud outdoor HVAC unit located directly outside my bedroom window. More than 5 days and they haven't fixed the problem with my AC yet they only read the order go to see and don't fix anything 95 degrees inside my house unbelievable
I've lived here since 2011. I like the size of the apartment and the location. Maintenance is quic to respond, efficient and polite and are the best part of the staff here. The downside of living here is how much you can hear neighbors through the walls especially those with non stop barking dogs and those with several children. Parking is an issue and I'm not sure if they are towing cars any longer when they should be. Absolutely seamless move in. Staff were great and made everything so so easy. And the Amenities are more than you can imagine. Love it here so far
