Wonderful property and smooth / accommodating move in . Great communication from leasing office.
I am editing this review as the front office has fixed the internet issues. They are doing a much better job at communicating as well. This is now a very nice place to live

I recently relocated from Florida to Raleigh after accepting a medical research position at Duke University. I chose Camellia Apartments because of its location and reputation, expecting a high-quality community. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The biggest issue has been the extremely loud outdoor HVAC unit located directly outside my bedroom window.
