My time is important – I have been to Christopher 3 times...well almost. The first time I waited 20 min, not unheard of but still annoying. The 2nd time same thing...20 min wait. BUT while in his chair he took several phone calls trying to get another client who cancelled, back in. Did he apoogize? Yes, as he explained his high cost of rent and need for clients. Again, all I can say is "I am truly sorry." As I recall the situation, I called Monica 15 minutes prior to her appointment to let her know that it was going to be 45 minutes from that moment, which would have put her appointment 30 minutes behind; she stated that she was just walking in the door. She was very upset, and did leave, but I thought she was coming back. I called her when she didn't return. Monica then decided to insult me and tell me that "you're not that good". No fear – I moved away from my stylist of 7 years and feared I would not find someone to care for my hair the same way. Christopher listened to me and was able to highlight and cut my blonde hair exactly the way I liked it.

Superb experience! – I am very particular about my hair and I was a little apprehensive initially going to a new hair dresser. I have to admit that Christopher far exceeded my expectations. Not only did he give me a trendy haircut and style, but he also listened to me and did not compromise my length like a lot of hair dressers have done in the past. Christopher Rocks! – Christopher is amazing! I went in not really knowing what I wanted I just said what length I liked and then told him to just do what he does and the end result was amazing! I love it! He is great! I am one of those people who researches her hair stylists for months before I go because I don't want someone to screw up my hair. I used to wait to get my hair cut until I flew home to visit family but when my hair stylists moved I was forced to find a new one and I am happy I found Christopher!

Switched Salons – Switching to a new office required a change in salons. I read a number of reviews and settled on The Loft at Solera and am thrilled with the results! Sarah was a lot of fun and did a great job. It's nice when a stylist prefers using scissors to clippers. There's nothing wrong with using the latter, but to me it spoke to an attention to detail. I've found my new go-to spot!
Disappointed – Was impressed by all the positive reviews. Waited 25 min for Sarah. Sorry she was unable to make the appointment or leave a message. Giving 2 stars because the facility was nice and so was the staff.

Awesome cut and amazing highlights! Everytime! – I have been going to Christopher for a few years now. I always have confidence in his ability to know the style and cut that works for my face and coloring. I love to sit in the chair and just relax, catching up on my magazine reading knowing that Christopher will do a great job! I highly recommend Christoper as your new stylist!
