Strongly Disagree – My experience at the Loft could not be more different that Jinxy55! I have never had my call not answered or returned in a prompt professional manner. Christopher is an amazing stylist and I truly appreciate his focused attention to my hair color and cut. If the phone isn't immediately answered, I know two things for certain: that someone is getting that individualized attention and that I will hear back as soon as possible to set up my turn.

Jinxy55 is Right!!! – I completely agree with Jinxy55. I can't seem to get a call back either when I leave a meassage, and one of the new stylists or employees (think her name is Amy) is pretty rude on the phone. Pretty obvious she wasn't even paying attention to me and made it sound like they were too busy for my business. In my opinion, its time to look for a place that values their customers.

CAN'T BOTHER TO PICK UP THE PHONE? – I've been a customer for over a year now and every time I call to make an appointment I get the annoying answer machine. I'M DONE! Hire a receptionist, it's rude to be greeted by a machine. I don't want to wait for a call back, Im busy. I'm trying to arrange my schedule around a potential hair appointment. I'm finding a new salon today - good luck with the impersonal touch.

Great Haircut! – Christopher has been cutting my hair for a long time. He always knows what I want, whether it's just a cut or a highlight. He always has fun stories to tell and has become a great friend. thank you Christopher for always doing such a great job!!

The Best Haircut! – I LOVE Arianna, she has completely made over my hair! I found her through a groupon and was hesitant at first because I had been going to the same person for about 6 years who I really liked! But after I had Arianna do my hair, I loved it even more! She is great at what she does! She has a real eye for color and what she thinks will fit your personality! CitySearch great guide to a great haircut! – I will not be going anywhere else to get my hair cut. The person I had been using left town and I got 'butchered' twice at the same salon. Had to wait for my hair to grow enough to get it fixed. THAT IS JUST WHAT CHRISTOPHER DID. He took time to understand what I wanted and then gave me suggestions about how to accomplish that. Thrilled with service!! – I went to see Christopher after having bad experience with other hairdressers. He listened to want I wanted and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. He was able to fix hair color to what I requested and what was best for me. I also got the best haircut I have ever had. Very reasonable prices for service. Will be seeing Christopher again!
