This is a REAL review, in spite of comments to the contrary by the owner of this salon. What's the point of reviews if real people with perhaps a negative review aren't heard? You see, that's the problem with The Loft. The problems, such as not receiving confirmation calls, or even getting a return call when a message is left, or dealing with a rude, deceptive stylist like Amy aren't ever addressed. I LOVE MY CUT AND COLOR!!! – Christopher has been doing my hair for a year now and I have never been so happy with my look. A friend recommended The Loft to me, and I am so happy to have found Christopher and his professional team!

Great place and stylists ! – A friend of mine referred me to Amy when she starting working at Ulta. Amy is cool. She does a great job cutting men's hair - very precise. My wife, friend, and brother in-law are now going to Amy as well. Highly recommend her !

THE BEST CUT AND COLOR - AMY IS AWESOME !! – Amy has been cutting and coloring my hair since she worked at Ulta. She does a fantastic job. She is the first stylist who has listened to what I asked for and made it happen. Amy is very talented and can solve "stubborn" hair problems with ease. My hair is healthy and looks great. Couldn't be happier! – When I moved to Denver about a year ago I needed to find a place to get my hair done and at a reasonable price. I did a little research and found that Christopher at the Loft Hair Studio had great reviews so I figured I would try it for myself. Wonderful experience – I like trying something out myself before passing judgement on a business & after reading some of these horrible reviews, I still decided that trying it once is worth it. It was definitely worth it! I would first like to point out that when I called, the phone was answered very quickly & professionally by Amy. The Loft - Terrible!!!! – This salon is in a weird place, but that is not the problem. The problem is the employee named Amy. She is rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Not a good impression for the first time client. The only really good stylist there has been fired. There is no one there to whom I would trust my haircut. The person fired was a gruly good hair stylist and colorist. Too bad. I will never darken the doors of this place again. I think Christopher, the owner has "lost it." Don't Go Here! – IN MY OPINION, this salon is a horrible place of business and the owner has made some bad employment choices as of late. He had an awesome stylist, Arianna, and he lost her (wouldnt tell me if she was fired or quit) but still employs a girl named Amy who has a horrible attitude, is rude to people on the phone and will try to say that the other people are busy so you will go with her. Consumers Beware! – I am writing this review based on my experiences and a recent experience of my mother-in-law, who has been a patron of this salon for well over a year. She called to make an appointment for this week last Monday and left a message when nobody answered. She did not receive a call back so she called again on Tuesday and got Amy on the phone.
