Derek, the guy on the maintenance team: Came for the kitchen faucet... Stayed for the broken handle, burned out light, leaking bathroom faucet and the air system! All with a smile!
Pricy for the low quality they provide. The countertops etc are just a sticker that peels off easily, they break their contract by having us now pay for tanning beds when, in our contract, it is stated that we receive free tanning. The buildings are cheaply made and you can hear everything from the rooms and apartments around you. The people at the office are rude and never return phone calls. I have lived here for 2 years and I can't wait to move out and never come back.
Great place to live. The price is good for a 4bed/4br apartment. The bus is very convenient and frequent (every 15 minutes) and reliable unlike some other apartments I have been at. Laundry in each apartment is great. Parking is conveniently located all throughout the complex. Maintenance is usually prompt and on time. Management is helpful, the staff are nice too. Internet access is good but not great. Electric bills usually run about $50-60 per person which is high but about the same in other similar apartments. The place ... read more
I have lived at the lodges for 2 years now, and I can honestly say I will really miss living here after I graduate. The rent is a little pricy, but it is reasonable considering I have my own room, bathroom, and walk-in closet. The only downside is that the apartments aren't made out of the best quality materials, but what do you expect from a college apartment town.
