Derek D in maintenance is great and is always fast!
Would just like to add that Derek is the man and fixed everything in a very timely manner
I love living here! The pool is open already and so warm! It is very nice to have my own bedroom and bathroom, along with a washer and dryer in the unit. Derek does a really awesome job at maintenance too. Overall this is a great place to live. There's also lots of cute puppies which is a plus!
I love living here, which is why I am resigning my lease for next year. The units are super nice, and the amenities are an extra plus to living here. Our maintenance worker Derek is the bomb. Overall, it's been such a great experience living here.
Today my unit called maintenance for help with our water pressure, and within a few hours the main maintenance guy, Derek, from phase 2 (we live in phase 1) came to help us since he was available. While he was here, he helped with not only the water pressure but a plethora of other small issues we were having. He was friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful!
