This place was super cute. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and service was quick. The food was great! My husband had the steak and eggs and I had the stuffed French toast and everything was very delicious.
Stopped out with some friends last night. Thoroughly enjoyed the live entertainment. The Keith James band was very talented and was a great compliment to the current upbeat atmosphere. In addition, Food and drinks were great. Would def attend again especially with this band playing! Many of the people attending were dancing and singing along. The energy in the room was outstanding. Thanks to the lodge and the keith James band for a great time!
Went last night for early dinner around 5:30 pm. I had the chicken and waffle and my boyfriend had the burger. We both really like the chicken and waffle. I looked at the menu online before we went and had to look again while we trying to figure out what to order. The menus are different and the online menu had nice descriptions of ingredients that the hardcopy did not. It would of been nice to have more details of the menu items on the menu and not have to look online.
Very limited menu. We were told they are changing chefs within the next week or so. so I understood. I had the Ceasar salad and the Pheasant, and my wife had the Lobster Mac and Cheese. Food was prepared perfectly, and was delicious. Cons: No anchovies for the salad, No dessert menu, No coffee. Looking forward to the new ideas a new chef will bring. I'll be back soon
I came here for dinner with my Bachelorette party. They weren't ready for us (even though we had a reservation for 8) but were quick in fixing the issue. Drinks were slow to come, as was the food, and I would say the food was ok. I ordered steak frites - medium well - and it was charred black on the outside, overly well done, and honestly tasted burnt. I had my birthday dinner here service was awesome
I've been wanting to try The Lodge for quite sometime. So I felt it was appropriate to celebrate my 5 year anniversary there. Let me first start out by saying that I thoroughly enjoyed everything. The atmosphere is beautiful, warm, & very welcoming. I really love all of the wood on the walls, the lighting, and the light up fireflies in the jars.
