Staff schedules to the wrong location. Then they reschedule to another date, morning of the appointment change it to virtual before their office even opens. The number to call is useless.
Dr Barnes is a great Dr, although, can someone tell me why I've been waiting for 3 weeks for a new prescription to be called in. I was told she would do it day of my appointment, that was 3 weeks ago, I've texted the team every week to see what's going on, and get told the same thing, the pharmacist is checking my list for drug interactions. I get that, but it does not take 3 weeks to do that. I can do that in 2mins, this is just beyond ridiculous at this point.
I'm a new patient of Dr. Habib and believe I was blessed to find him. He goes through my questions before he begins. He is kind, patient and informative. He genuinely listens and then answers questions until I fully understand. He and the entire staff are nice people. I mean nice not just superficial courtesy. Cannot recommend them enough.
The Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurses, surgeons, all of the staff at the Liver Institute are some of the most incredible people I have ever met. I’m so thankful for each and every one of them. They saved my husband’s life and I am extremely grateful for their commitment to their patients.
