Double check their RETURN policy of product that is not satisfactory !! We ended up paying around $90 in Shipping and Fees,to return it. The original item cost $98.
Avacare finally honored the unconditional guarantee on the back of the package by replacing the item at no charge to me. Problem resolved
They have fast delivery. I ordered an item on Friday and it arrived right away on Monday
