I’ve requested a quote multiple times over the past few months trying to get a quote to lease, purchase, or rent a forklift for my business. Have never received an email or call back from anyone, dating back to August.

One of our lifts had a cavitating hydraulic pump which caused it to jump when lifting especially heavy items. For 4 weeks after the tech came to diagnose we didn't hear a word from them. then one morning at 7am they showed up.
