These folks were so loving and caring at a time that my baby girl, Daisy was having trouble walking. They were kind and gentle with her and with us! The X-Rays showed that it is arthritis...and she is an old gal...almost 10. It was such a relief to know that it wasn't something worse. The medication they gave her has helped so much and the Dr. was very understanding about her "hound" smell....she gave excellent advice for taking care of Daisy during this trama (probably happened under the deck where she isn't supposed to go)... read more
Team and facilities are amazing. I visited the neurology department BVNS- they took such good care of my little doggie Bailey, extremely caring and attentive, excellent follow up! Dr. Sarah Trub also amazing, she called me several times to keep me updated on my baby! We just fell in love with Eliza!!! Wish they weren't only for specialties! :(
Our French Bulldog experienced a severe case of heat stroke. The compassion, patience, and care the team is taking healing our baby and in talking to me during the constant calls I am making to them is unbelievable. Such amazing and talented people here, thank you all for your great care of Juice Ortiz.
Went here for the first time tonight. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Very caring and helpful. The vet was wonderful. She was caring, professional, well informed, great at explanations and just a delight. couldn't have asked for a better place to take my pet.
Even though we were originally there for internal medicine we were also able to see cardiology the same day. All the staff we encountered seemed to be genuinely interested in helping Izzy and finding out what was wrong. We have appreciated the detailed results and notes both told to us and sent to us in written form. I would recommend all my friends and family to visit any of the Life Center's specialties! Excellent care with top notch speciality services . Surgery and rehab are outstanding
I feel very fortunate to have The Life Centre to turn to. We were able to get our oldest Norwich, Spinner, in immediately. Everyone was so kind and caring. It is about 65 miles from our home but well worth the drive.
