This center was awesome. I drove several hours to see Dr. Buelow in the dental/oral surgery department. The entire team was amazing. They were very caring. Dr. Buelow did an amazing job fixing my poor baby’s broken jaw. They have kept in contact with my local vet and they have contacted me everyday the past few days checking on him. I can’t say enough good things about this team. They are excellent and I felt comfortable that my baby was in good hands.
I would highly recommend The LifeCenter. Almost 2 weeks has passed since the life altering visit to The LifeCenter with my senior boy Luc. The entire staff, even fellow patrons compassion during the most difficult day of my life is unmatched. Dr. Nadine Farber and her team did everything in their power to save my baby Ramsey after he had been viciously attacked by a pitbull on Christmas Eve 2017. Although Ramsey did not survive his injuries, my husband and I are forever grateful to The LifeCentre for being open on a holiday and for every attempt they made to save his life that day. Thank you so much for everything.
If I could give zero stars I would. The lack of compassion and caring that I had expected is astounding. I took a hospice dog in for palliative care on a Sunday and was treated horribly by the vet tech and the vet. They made me sign out AMA so I "wouldn't sue them". And then asked to fill it out myself! I would never recommend anyone to take their fur member for care at this facility. For those wondering, well why didn't you complain? The place is awesome and the care they give is excellent. The staff is very caring and helpful. I would highly recommend!
Our little JRT is alive due to excellent ER care. We are just 24 hours in to having her home. The bill fell between the high and low. Diagnonis: Addisons disease which can be fatal. They saved her life.
