I want to thank the all the associates that so compassionately helped me and my daughter the night we had to put our sweet kitty to sleep. It was an extremely difficult time for us. We were put in a little private room to say our goodbyes for as long as we could. Then our kitty was helped to cross over the rainbow bridge. If you are worried they are there for you but be prepared to spend $$$$$. Their business plan is to be available and collect a bucket of $$ in the process.
We have been to Emergency, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Imaging AND Oncology. They are beyond amazing and some of the most caring people we have met. Going to ER and specialists like that means that something is serious. They empathize with your concern and ease your panic.
Best place to take you pet. I took my dog midnight there yesterday because she was in a lot of pain. Everyone was extra friendly and understandable. They all made us and made midnight feel so loved. I will recommend them to anyone. I love how they all take the time to explain what they are going to do and how. The front office staff was awesome, very friendly and caring. I wouldn't bring my pets anywhere else for emergency needs. After 2 different dogs having major abdominal surgeries (years apart) here, they both pulled through magnificently. This place is TOP NOTCH!!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
The Life Center saved my two Bichons (The Tequila Brothers) aged 14 and 6 months, last week when they decided to open my suitcase and eat my blood pressure meds! Two years ago, both dogs would have been dead the day they ingested the pills.
