Jordan and his team were wonderful! Very responsive, set fair expectations, fully informed about current market state, and was able to weed through to the right buyers in order to limit showings to people who he knew were serious. Majority of the showings resulted in second showings and offers. Highly recommended!

I have been a real estate attorney in South Florida for 20 years. Jordan Lederman is an exceptional agent. I don't know of any other agent in Miami who is as experienced, and advocates for their clients as hard as he does. We worked a deal that had a few wrinkles and when we needed to collaborate with the client at 10pm, (the client was in another time zone) no issues at all. He was always accessible and had answers, not just questions. I will 100% recommend him to my clients in the future.
