Upon graduation, the couple relocated to Perugia, Italy, to explore the tastes and techniques of Italian cuisine while teaching English for a year. They returned to the U.S. for Matthew to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts at the renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Had wonderful dinner there last night. if you are within 100 miles of the resturant and you aren't headed to Wimberley, I don't what you are doing with your life children. The chef is a genius. The flavor palate is off the charts. The avocado tostada is insanely good. Beautiful sweet potato & black bean hash that is s game changer on this dish. Excellent service,friendly staff and good food ! My friends and I were staying in a cabin two blocks away from restaurant ,we need it a bottle opener and they let us borrow one for the night and we returned it in the morning. They the best! We Will come back soon to visit!!!!

First time here and the food was fabulous! The iced tea had a refreshing subtle mango undertone . For our appetizer, we had the fried brussel sprouts. Entrees we tried were the fried avocado tostada and chicken and grits. Desserts included the lemon panna cotta and the ancho dark chocolate terrine.
