Dropped off 31 shirts, at least they were honest enough to say one was missing. In the beginning a resolution looked achievable as one of the owners (Tyrone ) was involved. I have upheld my end of the bargain, provided the lot number that was short the shirt and the color of the shirt missing. This information was left on voice mail, my follow up calls to address this issue have gone unanswered. To add further insult to injury, one of the 30 I did receive was shrank. I have never seen a laundromat with CURBSIDE service...Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate($2 AND you use the laundry card to pay for it!)...little arcade for the kids...video juke box...dry cleaning AND drop off service...FREE PIZZA AND a movie on Wednesdays... COIN OPERATED MASSAGE CHAIRS...INTERNET CAFE AND FREE WIFI...FREE business workshops and after school tutoring...CLEAN...FRIENDLY STAFF...AND 24 hrs??!! As far a laundromat services, I have no issues, the dry cleaning service: IT SUCKS! I took my items on a monday, was promised my items thursday after 4. I went to pick up my items on friday. Only part of it was ready. Find a reliable dry cleaners.
