The Laundry Cafe Parkside lost half of my laundry. I was working with the manager Danielle and got nothing but the run around. She kept telling me they would have to review the cameras and get back to me. Then she asked me to bring receipts for the missing items. Clean very nice host great food
This is the worst Laundry I've ever been to. not enough carts to out your clothes in. Over half the washers and dryers are broken and to top it off the staff is just rude and ghetto. it's a shame all the advertising they do about how good they are and it's a lie. Deceptive advertising at it's best. only in the hood!!! 10th & Girard...smh

When they first opened they were awesome but not now. The time on the washer said 27 minutes but it really took 50 minutes.
The Laundry Cafe is very convenient for me, I don't live far and I'm there in minutes, It's clean and the employees are very friendly.I will be telling my friends.
Used to be great. Now not so much. I cant speak for the newer location, but the one in Olney plaza is horrible. Will never go again.
