I being going for a 6 months period, and I have no complaints for the moment, excellent service, personel & prices !
I went to the Laundry Cafe to wash a huge load of clothing (children uniforms) prior to school. The washer machine got stuck on 5 minutes, the man/employee didn't know how stop the machine to restart. He attempted to shut off the breaker , when that didn't work he contacted the Manager at home. The manager explained that a key was required to turn off the machine but the man on site didn't have the key. Most of the employees where friendly the lady at night was lazy she didn't want to help with anything the male on the other hand was very helpful

The Laundry Cafe is a Pleasant and Comfortable Experience..with Great Customer Service and the Owners are Real Personable, down to Earth and Very Professional and they make you feel at home! I actually enjoy doing my laundry in this atmosphere!!
