The worst place I ever lived, the bedrooms doesn't come with lights, so bring a lamp. The bedrooms get really cold in the winter because the heat doesn't blow out in the bedrooms. There was a problems with my A.C in the summer and it took them forever to fix the problem , a couple of weeks, with alot of hot days and I have an infant son, it was so uncomfortable for us. Great place so far. I've only been living here a couple months but the staff is nice and I feel safe. No trouble yet and I don't accept there to be. The apartments are very conveniently located near almost everything you could think of. However, despite it being near a busy location, it is very quite and pretty. I suggest this place to anyone looking for a cheap, quite but convenient place to live!! Down side, lots of geese can equal lots of geese poop (I can tell the maintenance staff tries their best to clean it up), ponds... read more

Everyone lives there at least once, whether on a lease or at agood friends place. Was a great place to part and illegally feed the ducks entire loaves of bread at once to watch them play duck football. It was affordable. The amenities, should one choose to use them, were actually pretty good. The pool was nice, and the ponds are stocked with fish for lazy days off work. If i could give zero stars i would... office staff is incompetent, grounds are always a mess even after complaining to the staff... staff is hard to reach, ghetto tenants... i will never rent from this company again and will spread the word to everyone i know...

When I walked in this woman was arguing with a fellow employee named Danyale. Keep in mind I work with the public too. So instantly I take offense to the woman and start not to care what she's mad about. It's all about respect and understanding. Danyale was in the office all by herself having to do a million things on her own. When the woman finally moved away yelling about how she's going to call corporate.
