They are nice and affordable, it’s hard to get both!
I've lived here 1.5 years; I love the community, the area, my view, & the pool. :) The staff here, including Management, have always been friendly & hospitable. Johnny & Omari in Maintenance are great. I had an A/C issue late Sunday night, Labor Day wknd. Even though it was under 85 degrees out (85+ is considered emergency), Johnny quickly came over & diagnosed the issue. He and Omari got the new parts needed & fixed it in no time. Thanks to Omari and Johnny! I’ve been living in the landings for two years they are the most amazing ever ! I’ve been having issues with my air conditioning and they came out and fixed the whole problem ! Thank you Omari and Johnny!

I've lived here for about half a year so far and love it. It's clean, peaceful and quiet. The apartment has a great view of the lake and I love seeing and hearing the wildlife enjoying the water. I also found the office staff and maintenance personnel to be very friendly, courteous and professional. There's also no shortage of shopping and restaurants close by. All in all, a very pleasant place to live.
