What stands out for me above anything else - is the staff. I needed to move ASAP and it seemed like it wouldn't happen but Khasy and Shay in the office instantly took it upon themselves to find a unit for me, they really went above and beyond anything they could have reasonably been expected to do and I appreciate it greatly, even got them to install a brand new stove because the old unit wasn't working properly. Customer service is the most important aspect of any company -and they excel.

I've been here going on my fourth year. About a year ago, I moved from a third floor two bedroom to a one bedroom on the ground floor. So happy that I did. I loved both apartments but I love having the laundry room just outside of my door. Anytime I have a problem, I contact maintenance and they take care of it promptly. I do not plan to move for quite some time. I love the area and all of the amenities.

I have lived at the Landings for a few years now with my 2 kids and the love it here the staff are friendly. the maintance people could use a little more lessons on not being so rude when they have to remove mold from a bathroom for the 3rd time I feel if done right the first time wouldn't have to repeat it over. but we enjoy living here and hopefully the rent don't go up any higher .
