Lived here for 2 years now. It’s a beautiful and peaceful area to wake up to...lakes, fountain, bird life. The leasing office staff are helpful and follow up on any maintenance issue reported. Benjamin in maintenance has been working on some orders at our apartment for the past couple of days and has always been punctual, courteous and works quickly. The exterior building team are wonderful. They recently replaced my window and are friendly and professional.
My wife and I have been living in landings Apartments for the past one year and we've never ever had any issues with anything out here... For example 2 days ago due to extreme cold temperature one of our pipes busted ,however within 7 minutes we have group of professionals from landings maintenance department in our unit assessing the situation and making necessary arrangements... After they have fixed the pipe, and in less than 1.5 hours we had professional carpet cleaners over our place trying to clean and deodorize the ca... read more
These are great apartments! The staff is on point! I just had a doorwall replaced in less than a day. Very impressed with the place and everyone who works here.

I moved to this area in 2012 and have found it a very nice place to live here. I've enjoyed the pond right outside the balcony watching the activity of ducks, geese, birds, fish, and turtles! I love nature!😀 There are soooo many stores around for shop-aholics, and many more restaurants for ardent foodies. Upkeep on the grounds is done well and kept clean, and the workers have always been friendly, too.

I've lived here 7 years and I've really enjoyed it. There are plenty of shopping close by and many restaurants, also. The apartments have a balcony that oversees a pond to enjoy every day. The Landings provides community events for us all throughout the year which is great for families.

We have lived here a little over a year now, and we absolutely love it. Last winter we were having issues with our heat & Omari came out multiple times until it was fixed perfectly. It didn’t matter what time of day or night, he always arrived with a friendly smile. Recently, our bathroom flooded and had some pretty good water damage. Omari has been over multiple times throughout the last week to completely fix our bathroom and the final result is absolutely beautiful.
