I usually don’t post things like this but I am so frustrated I don’t know what else to do. I have called, put in maintenance requests, and emailed about the ant situation in my apartment. I have gone through bottles of Ant Raid trying to get rid of them and deep clean my apartment DAILY. Eleven North’s response? “It is hard to keep all the bugs out of the buildings 24/7 since they like to sneak in as people enter/exit the buildings.” So am I supposed to just live with ants?? This was our first choice when we moved from FL to MA. We love the area and convenience of being right near the highway, while still feeling quiet. The apartment is well appointed and updated. One of the biggest benefits is the property manager Trisha. She’s excellent to work with and real comfort knowing that she’s around to keep things running smoothly. Thanks for making us feel at home!

The staff at Westwoods lack empathy and compassion. Rest assured, even during a pandemic, they will find ways to shake you down for every last penny and will charge you large fees on top of everything to rub salt in the wound. I do not recommend anyone move here.
We've been here over a year now and from day one we have only had a positive experience with everyone, from Patricia on the management team who is super responsive and helpful to the amazing maintenance crew, especially Geoffrey Cooper who is a true maintenance guru. He's always had our back even after hours. Comes in and takes care of any issues quick and efficient. Both Patricia and Geoffrey are truly an asset to Avalon.
Today we get help from Jeff to fix the disposal and fan issue. And he also provides extra support on filter change which leads me to give a thumb up!

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had and the price tag did not reflect "luxury" living. My vehicle was broken into by a neighbor while it was parked inside the "secure" parking garage and management did nothing despite having cameras. The appliances in our apartment weren't anywhere near luxury price quality. They kept breaking down and in fact our dishwasher completely crapped and they parted a "new" one together with a mash up of other old broken dishwasher parts not even with the same color/make/models s... read more
