RecommendedI've been living here for 9 months now. The property is always kept up, as are all of the amenities. The office and maintenance staff are always patient and pleasant to communicate with. The bedrooms are a decent size and the closets are more than sufficient. I don't have anything negative to say about my experience here and I definitely would recommend living here!
It is great knowing how safe our apartment complex is. The staff is very friendly and attentive when you are in the office or if you need to contact them via phone or email. We have had only a few issues with things around our apartment. However, the maintenance staff responds within a day. The other day during the harsh cold we had an issue with our window after hours and someone from maintenance responded within 15 minutes! I recently just moved to the lakes in October and my roommate and I love it here. They are so nice reaching out to us and had every thing ready for our move in. With each maintenance request we had they are so quick to fixing it! The view is spectacular by the lake!- Allison

I love living at the Lakes! Everyday when I come home I am thankful I chose to live here. The prices are fair, the office staff are really sweet, and maintenance is quick. The set up of the apartments is really fresh and clean. And the closets are huge! The neighborhood is nice too--sidewalks, a lake, nice trees, a pretty bridge and a FABULOUS pool! The only thing I wish was different is that we could pay rent with a CC. But that's not a big deal!
Have been here near a year now and really enjoy it. Nice and relatively quiet community, everyone is very friendly, the staff is awesome. Maintenance is fantastic, always quick to make any fix needed, and when it comes to weather prep, The Lakes maintenance team is on point and should run all of weather groundwork prep for all of Indianapolis! i moved hear from Michigan to this apartment almost 2 years ago and it has been a wonderful stay staff is super attentive and friendly, when requesting maintenance your request is did no longer then 24hrs to 48hrs sometimes the same day of the request, grounds area is always clean, when giving complaints they always respond right away and feel very safe, would definitely recommend this apartment...
This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I have been here since July and I have nothing but positive remarks! (I am not just saying that) The office staff is super friendly and always responds promptly to emails/concerns. They have community events that are always a joy to be part of. The apartment complex is very nice, but what I like most about it is that it’s very safe and everything is well maintained. The apartment that I live in has plenty of space and also new kitchen appliances, and it came with a washer and a dryer which is great. When I moved in everything was supper clean and that was a big plus for me. Alexis was very helpful and made the whole process of moving easy.
