I've enjoyed living here for about six months. Recently in my kitchen the light bulbs died and disposal, faucet, and sprayer all needed to be looked at. I work 7 days a week fairly often, so setting up service can--and at other apartment complexes has been--really, really difficult. I had to take off work today unexpectedly, and called the office, hoping I could get some help on short notice. By 3 p.m. everything was fixed or replaced. I even got a courtesy call before the gentleman arrived. So grateful.
I have nothing but good things to say about the Lakes! It has been my favorite apartment I have ever been in. From the super friendly office staff, to the quick and hard working maintenance crew. They keep the grounds looking clean & attractive and assist all the residents in keeping everything in working order. Absolutely love this tight-nit community and the gorgeous lake view is something I really enjoy being able to see from my bedroom. I feel safe here and that is always a plus in my book!
One of the beat places I have stayed so far. It is close to everything you need, quiet, clean, and the respond to everything quickly.
These apartments are great. The maintenance is almost immediate. They are really fair as well. I’d recommend this place to anybody.
We have lived in the Lakes for a couple of months now and we highly recommend it! The maintenance staff is extremely responsive. I see them outside in any kind of weather, always working and always with a smile. We have also been very impressed with the office staff. They are extremely friendly and always helpful. I needed help printing to prepare for a panel job interview. It was a lot of paper, but they didn't even bat an eye - they just took care of it! Also with a smile!
Great apartment complex! I have enjoyed the pool, and the great grills that they have set up. During the winter time also they have a company come out very quickly to salt and shovel the snow. Highly recommend!
I have been living here for almost a year now. My roommate and I are very happy with the apartment and the staff. In fact, we just renewed our lease for the upcoming year. Our apartment is spacious and reasonably priced. Most importantly, we feel safe in this area. Any maintenance concerns or questions that we have had were answered and taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is mindful to always email, call or respond quickly to any concerns, big or small.
