Far too many people squashed in. The promise of as much soft driink as you needed turned into one drink each, the staff had to be chased up to clear the tables and bring the desserts. The promise of free tea or coffee did not materialise. Will Definitely NOT recommend this establishment
Was there for an award ceremony yeatersay. Alfonso was our Banquet waiter. The service was spectacular !!!!
UPgraded to penthouse, beautiful place and the guy at the front desk was amazing! Definitely would stay again

Professional staff, comfortable room, good location for downtown arts. Dining room service personal. Nice choice of food on the menu. Good value for hotel restaurant. Front desk always available and helpful.
