All the staff were super helpful after our plane to Australia turn around for medical reasons. In by 7 and out by 5. What hotel would do that? I expected Motel 6 not this 4 star hotel !
I was invited by front desk to join a private reception on the 11th floor with a call and a hand written invitation. At the reception I met the general manager and some of the sales and marketing staff. The appetizers and wine were lovely, and I met some interesting hotel guests. When I’m in la downtown I try to stay at the LA grand
