RecommendedMy time at the Kristi has been amazing. These apartments are in a great location very close to TAMUCC. Overall I would say the Kristi is a great place to live.
My time with The Kristi was great! I had great roommates and the staff was exceptional at meeting my needs! Though all were great, Allison Lascano stood out among them all. She had many tenants to watch over, but she always managed to make me feel like I was her sole focus!
Lived there for 4 years back in the day when it was still called Islander Village and loved it!!!
Worst experience ever. The current staff is very unhelpful and do not seem to care about anything other than finding ways to get money out of you. I HIGHLY do not recommend living here. There are many other places to live that are so much better than this awful place. I will be letting everyone I know not to come here.
The Kristi is a great place to live! Customer service is A1, and they work well with payment plans if need be.

What a great property with awesome amenities and friendly staff!
Great place to live while going to school. Front office makes sure move in is a smooth process! They will help with accommodation request without hesitation, and super friendly and professional staff. Gym is pretty awesome too.
I’ve lived at the Kristi for 6 months and all l can say is it’s AMAZING! The management is extremely helpful and the maintenance men are always ready to help! Everyone here always has a smile!
