RecommendedAWESOME place to live!! The staff is WONDERFUL.
Absolutely horrible little children running this place and it really shows in every aspect. You could honestly be the best tenant and still get zero ounces of respect. I don’t recommend this place to anybody; completely overcharged and as previously stated... the staff is the worst and probably are on drugs.
Y’all. Just save your money and sign somewhere else. I DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. THE WORST LIVING SPACE IN CORPUS CHRISTI. I’m pretty sure I could write a novel on how terrible, poorly maintained, poorly managed, this place is. The only reason there’s so many positive reviews is because they bribe residents who are college aged students with different prizes and such.
RecommendedI LOVE The Kristi and everything this apartment complex has to offer. They always have some activities or snacks to give and is filled with such a loving staff. Definitely staying here next year!
RecommendedGreat place to live it’s close to TAMUCC campus and about 15 min drive to Del Mar community college. They have a gym to get your workout out on and FREE coffee before class in the clubhouse! And right next to the clubhouse is a pool and also a study area with computer you could use anytime! It’s a great welcoming feeling living here! So what are you waiting for..join the the kristi!
RecommendedThe Kristi Apartments is where my sister Trinity lives and when I visit it’s always so cool to see how professional and comfortable the place is. It’s also really reasonably priced so that’s cool too! Personally I like how nice the pool looks and how spacious the apartment is.

RecommendedPretty nice and affordable apartments. Staff always keeps the mood up with several events and treats for students during holidays and such. Amenities are great and maintenance does a good job of following work orders as well as listening to feedback of residents on what to improve. Good place to stay.
