RecommendedThe Kristi is a wonderful apartment complex. Fully furnished, affordable and just a small drive to campus (4 minute bus ride y’all!) Absolutely amazing for students who need to get to campus quickly or for students without cars, wonderful staff and readily available amenities! Truly a great place to live. Cheapest student housing in Corpus Christi! Love my apartment, glad to have renewed for 2020-2021!
the kristi is AMAZING. they are probably one of the cheapest most affordable apartment complexes in cc & you're so close to food, entertainment, & the beach! i've only lived here since july but i already renewed for 2020 bc the amenities & staff are just THAT good! they always have free food in the clubhouse which is SO clutch, especially for my fellow college students 😂 & the maintenance team is so quick to resolve any issues like work orders or just to answer any questions you may have. you won't regret leasing here :)
The Kristi is a good place to live. Pretty cheap compared to other complexes but have very nice furniture/amenities. I haven’t had any problems with anything what so ever since living here. Maintenance is fast. The office people are really friendly and they always host get togethers involving free food. They try to the best they can for you. The gates actually work so they are really a gated community which is a huge plus. I like this complex better than any others I’ve been too. I would recommend it
I am really glad my niece, Trinity, feels comfortable, safe & most importantly... right at home at this apartment complex. It is very convenient for her to get to the college campus, it's in a friendly neighborhood & affordable. She loves it!
It's a great place to live. I really like how close it is to the school. The staff was very friendly when visiting. Great place for a first apartment.

The best place to live in Corpus! Prices are better then any place around the city and the staff is the best I’ve seen from any place I’ve lived! They always put on events for the residents and make them feel at home! No place I would rather be!
